This famous 1969 Dodge Charger, made legendary by The Dukes of Hazzard, embodies the spirit of rebellion, adventure, and pure American horsepower. With its roaring V8 engine, that unmistakable orange paint job, the General Lee is more than a car—it’s a symbol of classic car culture and TV nostalgia.
And where better to capture this beast in all its glory than Valley Falls State Park in Fairmont, WV?
The setting: Valley Falls, WV
Tucked away in the rolling hills of West Virginia, Valley Falls is a dream backdrop for any car enthusiast or photographer. The rushing waters of the Tygart Valley River, rugged cliffs, and the earthy, moss-covered beauty of Appalachia create an incredible contrast against the bold presence of the General Lee.
The atmosphere was perfect—golden-hour lighting filtering through the trees, the roar of the Charger echoing as it rolled up to the shoot location.
